About Me

I recently graduated from Knox College in Galesburg, Illinois, where I studied creative writing and journalism. I also servde as the editor-in-chief of my student newspaper, The Knox Student. I spent the past summer interning in the features department of LNP + LancasterOnline, Lancaster’s daily newspaper. I wrote human interest, entertainment stories, and one long investigative feature.

Previously, I’ve workedfor StreetEasy, NY’s top real estate site, creating content for their blog. I still do freelance work for them.

Additionally, I’ve interned at Times Beacon Record Newspapers in Setauket, NY, the Galesburg Register-Mail in Illinois, and the now-defunct Manhattan-based magazine, New York Spaces.

My work has also been published in CityLab — the product of four months spent in Morocco in 2018.

My interests mainly lie in investigative reporting, but I am also skilled in lifestyle and entertainment writing.
